Gaining and maintaining employment to facilitate increased independence is one of {participant}'s goals discussed at the time of this assessment. To achieve this, {participant} would greatly benefit from receiving SLES and DES supports. It is imperative that {participant} has support to initially engage these providers to enable confidence in job-related skills like communication, resume writing, and interviewing.
SLES offers individualised supports for up to 2 years after finishing school. {participant} requires this type of support to transition successfully from school to employment. SLES programs will provide meaningful, individualised capacity-building activities to achieve {participant}'s employment goals
